The first Polish trade union in Norway

Solidaritet Norge was established on the initiative of Poles to serve and help Poles. Like many other foreign workers in Norway, we were treated improperly and our law as an employee was not respected.

We have decided to put an end to this and create an organisation that actually helps immigrants from Poland, but also from other parts of Europe and the world who are not treated properly.

Solidaritet Norge represents and cares for the interests of employees throughout Norway. For years we have been effective on behalf of members of our organization, protecting them from discrimination and harassment at work, providing legal assistance or improving general working conditions. The trade unions in Norway are not happy to help immigrants, and we often take up problematic and difficult issues, regardless of whether the employer is a small company or a large corporation - employee welfare is the most important thing for us!
